Day 1-2: Depart Uk To Siem Reap

Fly overnight to Siem Reap where you will be met in the arrival hall and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your time of arrival, the rest of the day is yours to start soaking up the local culture.
Day 3: Siem Reap – Kampong Chham – Angkor Ban

This morning travel by coach from Siem Reap to Kampong Chham and set off for lunch before embarkation. Meet your crew for the next 7 nights and enjoy your first sunset on the Mekong River.
Day 4: Angkor Ban – Koh Dach – Koh Chen

Day 5: Koh Chen – Oudong – Phnom Penh

Day 7: Cruise Into Vietnam

As the ship begins cruising towards the Cambodia-Vietnam border, select from the many onboard activities including a ship’s tour, mini golf tournament, or simply enjoy the scenery. Tender sampans take you ashore to visit a local temple, see fish farms and stilt houses, and get your first glimpse of the Vietnamese countryside. Return on board for a traditional Vietnamese lion dance before dinner.
Day 8: Phu Tan And Tiger Island
Location: Phu Tan

Tender ashore at Phu Tan to visit a craft village famed for handmaking Ca Rang clay stoves. After lunch on board, head ashore by sampan and explore Tiger Island by 3 wheeled xe loi learning about cottage industries such as plant pot making and incense making. Visit a site locally known as “Mr Tiger’s Temple” and hear the story that won the island its name.
Day 9: Long Xuyen And Dinh Yen

Travel by tender to witness the mesmerizing Long Xuyen floating market and tour the An Giang Museum, with fascinating exhibits on Kinh Chinese, Khmer and Cham cultures in the region. Enjoy lunch on board as we cruise towards the village of Dinh Yen where we’ll observe colourful straw mats being woven on mechanized looms. This evening enjoy a traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performance known as Đờn ca tài tử followed by a final farewell dinner.
Day 10-13: Phu Quoc

Enjoy breakfast on the terrace of Claypot Restaurant with time to enjoy the view from the pool or from your private balcony before disembarkation. Drive to Cai Be where lunch is served at the elegant Le Longanier Restaurant, set amidst lush fruit trees by the river. Transfer by coach to Ho Chi Minh Airport approx 3 hours, for your onward flight to Phu Quoc. The next four days are yours to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Day 14: Depart Phu Quoc
Location: Phu Quoc

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK via Ho Chi Minh City, arriving the same or next day.

If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, we will endeavour to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. What documents will I receive before I travel?
Your Final Travel Documents are usually sent to you 2-3 weeks prior to your departure. Your travel pack will include your tour itinerary, hotel details, flight e-tickets and a travel guide. If you have booked with a travel agent, your tickets will be dispatched to your travel agent unless we have been otherwise informed.

Will I be travelling with passengers from other countries?
Our passengers generally enjoy the mixture of British, Australian and American clients on tour. Occasionally we are joined by English-speaking passengers from other countries.

What is 'Happy to Share'?
Customers booking to travel solo can choose our ‘Happy to Share’ option, which may enable them to share a twin room with other solo customers of the same gender who also request Happy to Share, thus avoiding the need to pay single room supplements. Note that ‘Happy to Share’ requests can be received when you make your booking with us but will not be confirmed until your final payment due date. If a share partner is found, the Single Supplement will be removed from your booking. If a share partner is not found, the Single Supplement will remain and is payable with your final balance in line with our normal booking conditions. Either way, our Operations Team will contact you around 75 days before departure to let you know whether a share partner has been found or not. We regret that Happy to Share requests cannot be accepted within 75 days of departure. Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to change or withdraw this arrangement at any time.

Do you allow children on your tours?
We allow children 12 years and over on our group tours. We recommend that families with children of any age take advantage of our private or tailormade tours. This will give you more flexibility while on tour.
